Iman Haridi, Dean of the Faculty of Educational Graduate Studies, Cairo University, Dr. Hazem Rashed, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University and Professor of Curricula and Teaching Methods, Dr. Safaa Afifi, Professor of Educational Psychology for Learning and Student Affairs, Ain Shams University, Dean of the Faculty of Education, 6th of October University, and Dr. Attia El-Sayed Abdel-Aal, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research And community service and director of the Training Department of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation, and Dr. Mervat El-Deeb, Professor of Curricula and Teaching Methods, Faculty of Education, Benha University, and a member of the Presidential Consultation Council for Egyptian Scholars.
Each of the participating experts identified five challenges and five opportunities to overcome them.

The audience spoke and discussed the challenges of a crisis of trust between the faculties of education, the ministry and the private sector. And the challenge of the lack of motivation of teachers.
As well as the challenge of technological development that is not kept up with today’s teacher.
Respect for specialization and the chaos of the multiplicity of training agencies without controls.
The attendees participated under the leadership of Dr. Hossam, Dr. Salma Al-Bakri, and Dr. Mahmoud Hamza is in developing feasible solutions to all challenges.
Dr. indicated. Hussam stressed the importance of the sustainability of training strategies and the expansion of the concept of training to include all education officials in the school, which brings it to become the basic education unit and includes the principal and academic advisors.
Training should begin in the college years of education, and graduation should help qualify the novice teacher.
Everyone agreed that education is a long-term project, and it is not right to change directions with every ministerial change.
The importance of laying the foundations for licensing the practice of the profession was raised, and reference was made to the importance of the teacher’s academy and the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Authority.
