The Bibliotheca Alexandrina organized today, Tuesday, December 3, 2024, a symposium entitled “Narrative Contradictions: The Chimera – The Enchanted”, in which Dr. Hossam Badrawi and Dr. Rasha Samir will discuss their most prominent literary publications: the short story collection “The Chimera” by Dr. Hossam Badrawi, and the novel “The Enchanted” by Dr. Rasha Samir.
The symposium will address different narrative styles, with a comparison between the world of short stories and novels, and highlight the literary and artistic influences in both works.
Dr. Ahmed Zayed, Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, interviewed the two writers after the library welcomed them.
