At an invitation of from the Republic presidency to share the youth at workshops, Dr. Hossam Badrawi attended the First National Youth Conference at Sharm El Sheikh. He gave several speeches to participants through workshops about education and economy. During the discussion sessions, he shared many ideas with them.
“Listening to the youth is more important than advising them. The youth conference is a screenshot in a film that needs to be completed by serious recommendations to be followed. Regardless my criticism to the government performance, yesterday, in the session about science effect on economy, I met Minister of Civil Aviation, and Minister of Communications and Information Technology and I found a model in the deep understanding and ability to communicate, as well as the governors of Beheira and Luxor,” Dr. Badrawi said about the conference.
“I witness that there is a positive energy at the National Youth Conference, and I will keep my critical comments for a while and send them in writing to the organizers until the level of organization rises next time,” he added.
“Furthermore, I call on every governor to invite youth from villages and stations to a national conference for the youth of the governorate to discuss with them the recommendations of the conference in Sharm el-Sheikh and how to implement them in the governorate.”
The youth Dreamers of Tomorrow association, founded in 1996, presented two projects as leading models in transforming dreams into reality.
Dreamers Of Tomorrow association is funded by Nile Badrawi for Education & Development. The youth presented two technological projects that have already been executed. The first project is to use visual reality in education and the second is to develop an application and an ingenious website to evaluate students electronically.
