Prof. Hossam Badrawi received the Higher Committee of the Cairo International Forum for University Theater to lay out the features of the third session of the forum during its first meeting, and to take the necessary measures to hold a session that would add to the forum’s march as the first international gathering of its kind for university theater in Egypt after agreeing to chair the committee.
The Forum’s management saw the need to establish a higher committee for the Forum to develop strategies for its continuation as a major international event worthy of the modern Egyptian state and the youth of Egypt in all Egyptian universities, after the success of the first two sessions of the Forum at the organizational, technical and supervisory level with the participation of 22 Arab, foreign and African countries. During his previous sessions, he has a great international resonance as a cultural and artistic teacher who is well known, and seeks to participate in his various activities for university students and all those who share a passion and love for theater from different countries of the world.
The Higher Committee of the Cairo International Conference on University Theater includes: Dr. Hossam Badrawi, chairperson of the committee, artist Samira Abdelaziz, Dr. Ayman El-Shewi, Dean of the College of Cinematic Arts and Theater at Badr University, Dr. Mahmoud Naseem, Professor of Philosophy of Arts at the Academy of Arts, and Dr. Samar Said, Professor at the Academy of Arts Arts, and director of the forum, and director Amr Kabil, president and founder of the forum.
