Dr. Hossam Badrawi delivered the opening speech at an international conference to empower teachers in the presence of dozens of education experts in Egypt and the world, and more than 300 teachers. Dr. Badrawi’s speech was titled “Teacher of the Future” in which he explained that we need to change the current education system, not just adjusting or developing. The key element of this change must be the teacher as he is the ceiling level of educational process, and students’ level may not exceed the level of their teachers.
Dr. Badrawi stressed the importance of integrating technology into the educational process and working to change our vision of education: Instead of teaching students information, it must be how to create a student who can think and be happy.
The teachers were keen to open up side discussions, exchange ideas and means of communication and take photos with Dr. Badrawi.
