Birthday of a great man – by Dr. Osama Shawky

This guy..i love him..
You all think you know him.
But the truth is, you know it.
Let me tell you what you know about him, and I know what…
Many of you know that he is a good doctor, a brilliant surgeon, a professor and teacher for generations in the most prestigious medical college in Al-Shouq, Al-Qasr Al-Ainy..and he holds a PhD from the Netherlands under the supervision of Dr. Willem Van Os, one of the legends in the field of gynecology..and his private clinic is attended by the finest women Egyptian society and foreign residents….from Garden City to Zamalek, Maadi, and Katameya Heights, and you can also see him in Al-Qasr Al-Ainy flirting and joking with his Setta from Fayoum and humiliating him from Kafr Abu Tisht..and he does not hesitate to help everyone in need..
He is an incomparable teacher and lecturer.
And I will not tell you a secret that on the night of Dr. Hossam’s lecture, all the students would go to the hairdresser, and in the morning each one would wear a rope.
We got it in our luck, cheers cheers, of course..
My lectures were also something like this..
One day, the head of the department came in and I was still a new teacher giving a lecture to his undergraduate students..and the charming students were crowded and sitting on the floor, each one holding the lecture notes like Lubna Abdel Aziz in the movie The Empty Pillow..
The head of the department entered among them saying hello because of the crowd and looked around and commented.. When I saw the crowd and the demonstrations of students and girls, I remembered Hossam with the lecture..
The hall erupted with laughter and considered this the best compliment in my profession.
And those of you who know that he was the captain of the Al-Ahly club team,
He was graceful, elegant, and physically fit, surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo
And he played in the league alongside Al-Khatib and Mustafa Abdo, and he was the best who hit Ajwan with his head..!
And the name Hossam Badrawi caused anxiety and terror to the players of the Zamalek club team..
A bit strange to you!
And those of you who know that he is a parliamentarian and a politician with a lot of intelligence and wisdom and that he played a pivotal and very dangerous role to save Egypt from bloodbaths and terrible violence during the January revolution..
And he was the only one who was able to convince Mubarak to give up peacefully and transfer power.
Without him, massacres and violent clashes would have occurred.
In order to achieve this, he used wisdom and cunning to calm the situation and endured for that purpose misconceptions, suspicions and attacks.
Some of you may also know that he was the one who succeeded in negotiating the release of the youth of the revolution and took them in his private car from the prison to their homes.
And those of you who also know that he is the author of several books in the field of educational development and the delineation of modern policies for the advancement of society..and he has joint research with the largest universities in Italy and America..
And he has institutions that bear his name to take care of youth and community development.
Many admire his elegance, elegance and distinguished taste in Brioni, Armani, Zegna fashions..and his hairdo is like a silver crown that captures the eyes..the crown of wisdom and splendor..
Soft-spoken..Beautiful-natured..low-voiced..rarely emotional..
He chooses his words as carefully as picking up a diamond.
Sensitive and emotional…
He possesses an attractive magnet that makes everyone who saw him or encountered him fall into the trap of his love and love.
– This talk is not only about women, but women and men, boys and girls -…prevention, but for misinterpretation of the words..
Some of you also know how exemplary the head of his family is. He loves his wife and daughter. He raised his son to be self-reliant. He respected his mother and father. He used to visit his mother daily to kiss her hand.
Some of you may know that he is a plastic artist who paints the most beautiful paintings of classical and surreal art..and he has an impressive collection of high-level works that are worthy of the level of prestigious museums..
Some of you are known for his vast culture of poetry and memorized most of his works for al-Tayyib al-Mutanabbi. He is a beloved friend of many writers, writers and thinkers.
But all that has passed is only a drop in the ocean of beautiful qualities and wonderful qualities in his personality..
You have seen only the outer shell of the fruit, while the richest of what is in it is still deep, you have not reached its hidden yet..
I see in Hossam Badrawi a mixture of Al-Roumi, Tabrizi, Rifaa Al-Tahtawi, Abdul Kalam Al-Hindi, American Martin Luther King, French Voltaire..and Malaysian Muhammad Mahathir with a glimpse of the spirit of Taha Hussein..
Today is his birthday..
Come on, give him a hug and kiss him and talk to him..
My teacher, my friend, and even my brain.
Dr. Hossam Badrawi..
Allow me to stand and give you salutations, and say to you with a full mouth:
we love you..Birthday of a great man – by Dr. Osama Shawky

About Dr. Hossam Badrawi

Dr. Hossam Badrawi
He is a politician, intellect, and prominent physician. He is the former head of the Gynecology Department, Faculty of Medicine Cairo University. He conducted his post graduate studies from 1979 till 1981 in the United States. He was elected as a member of the Egyptian Parliament and chairman of the Education and Scientific Research Committee in the Parliament from 2000 till 2005. As a politician, Dr. Hossam Badrawi was known for his independent stances. His integrity won the consensus of all people from various political trends. During the era of former president Hosni Mubarak he was called The Rationalist in the National Democratic Party NDP because his political calls and demands were consistent to a great extent with calls for political and democratic reform in Egypt. He was against extending the state of emergency and objected to the National Democratic Party's unilateral constitutional amendments during the January 25, 2011 revolution. He played a very important political role when he defended, from the very first beginning of the revolution, the demonstrators' right to call for their demands. He called on the government to listen and respond to their demands. Consequently and due to Dr. Badrawi's popularity, Mubarak appointed him as the NDP Secretary General thus replacing the members of the Bureau of the Commission. During that time, Dr. Badrawi expressed his political opinion to Mubarak that he had to step down. He had to resign from the party after 5 days of his appointment on February 10 when he declared his political disagreement with the political leadership in dealing with the demonstrators who called for handing the power to the Muslim Brotherhood. Therefore, from the very first moment his stance was clear by rejecting a religion-based state which he considered as aiming to limit the Egyptians down to one trend. He considered deposed president Mohamed Morsi's decision to bring back the People's Assembly as a reinforcement of the US-supported dictatorship. He was among the first to denounce the incursion of Morsi's authority over the judicial authority, condemning the Brotherhood militias' blockade of the Supreme Constitutional Court. Dr. Hossam supported the Tamarod movement in its beginning and he declared that toppling the Brotherhood was a must and a pressing risk that had to be taken few months prior to the June 30 revolution and confirmed that the army would support the legitimacy given by the people
