Dr. Hossam Badrawi opened the development of Umm Al-Moaminin School for Girls in Sayida Zeinab. It had been developed by Takatof Society which he chairs. The opening was attended by the Ambassador of Japan in Egypt along with Dr. Ghada Wali, Minister of Social Solidarity, Major General Ahmed Taymour, Acting Governor of Cairo, Deputy Minister of Education, representatives of Rotary and Education First and many private sector companies that contributed to Takatof Development Association.
