Badrawi also explained that there are nine challenges facing the formulation of youth policies.
Dr. Badrawi added that the age group from 14 to 23 years is a special stage because young people exist within the framework of educational institutions and it is possible to reach them in an easy way. For this stage of thought, the ministries of education should be the main partner In it with the family directly or through the media.
As for the age group from 24 years to 35 years, it is a stage with different characteristics, where the search for work begins, independence from the family, and the creation of a new family, in which hopes are raised or frustrated. Dr. Badrawi added that leaving any of the two stages without A philosophy of dealing that leads to a void that may be filled by the most organized And the louder it may take us in the wrong direction.
Dr. Badrawi stated that in order to achieve the vision of youth, five directions must be set within an executive framework, which are the following:
1- Creating productive forces capable of sustainable addition to the Egyptian economy.
2- Developing a strong, healthy, technologically empowered youth generation, proud of itself and the history of its country, responsible, respectful of citizenship, creative, enlightened, and capable of regional and global competition.
3- Cultivating a set of specific positive values in the minds of young people and belonging to the Egyptian homeland.
4- Facilitating youth participation in voluntary civil work and civil associations at all levels of the country’s administration.
5- Supporting young people with disabilities or those threatened with health risks in integrating into society, and ensuring that they are not marginalized.
