Dr. Badrawi was the guest of honor at the general discussion session of the 24th Annual Conference of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kasr Al-Aini, which was held yesterday, Thursday, September 14, 2023.
At the invitation of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Shaibah, Head of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Departments at Kasr Al-Aini, Dr. attended. Hossam Badrawi, former head of the obstetrics and gynecology departments, the general discussion session of the 24th annual conference of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kasr Al-Aini, which is held at Semiramis Intercontinental, attended by hundreds of faculty members and specialists, and 24 international experts and researchers from all countries of the world. ‏
The conference is the largest training event in this field, with the aim of reviewing the latest research findings in Egypt and the world to improve the medical service provided, especially in cases of delayed childbearing, tumors of the female reproductive system, laparoscopic surgeries, critical pregnancies, gynecological plastic surgery, and the use of robots in surgery.
The conference will be held over two days, and Dr. Hossam Salah, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Kasr Al-Aini, attended the opening session with Dr. Badrawi, Dr. Mamdouh Shaiba, Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the college, and the conference organizing team, Dr. Ahmed Zakaria, Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud, and the Chairman of the Scientific Committee, Dr. Muhammad Excellent.
Dr. Badrawi praised the extent of his admiration for the development that occurred during the last period in the College of Medicine, especially the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
He expressed his happiness with what he saw through the professors’ presentations about the college keeping pace with the latest methods in education and research.
