Conducting a structural change in the Egyptian economy with the aim of stimulating, sustaining and balancing growth, placing youth at the center of a competitive strategy for Egypt in the next twenty years, achieving the well-being and happiness of individuals, redrawing the population map of Egypt, reforming the administrative apparatus in the state and reviving ethics and values ​​that establish the principles of honesty and integrity and fighting Corruption and support for transparency, and finally achieving an effective role for Egypt in the international arena and the two parties agreed that within three months the dialogue will continue Establishing a political alliance is a prelude to the possibility of merging the two parties so that the merger is sustainable and based on a common political understanding. It was agreed to form a structure to organize the work and activate the aforementioned goals, including a presidential council for the alliance, which is composed of the heads of the Congress and the Union parties and from all the heads of political parties that express a desire to join the document, as well as from the political, legal and intellectual ranks in accordance with the consensus mechanism. And a central committee for the coalition is formed from a number of leaders of the parties participating in the coalition, and its role is to develop implementation plans and supervise their implementation on the ground. And the coalition sub-committees. In each governorate, a committee is formed from the most active party cadres, whose role is to draw up a map of needs for each governorate and implement general plans. And specialized committees for the alliance that include education, health, energy and other important files related to the issues of the joint development project for the renaissance of Egypt. It is worth mentioning that the two parties have announced their approval of the principle of constitutional amendments, despite the differing views of some members on the texts of the amendment articles, and they emphasized participation in listening committees and community dialogue on this. organization for each party.
