“Dialogue with youth.”

Everything the mind can imagine can be achieved as long as it comes to mind in the first place. ‏
The beautiful thing about dreams and imagination is that 1+1 does not necessarily equal 2, but rather it can equal 4 and 8. ‏
This is the case when I think about Egypt tomorrow. It is not just feasibility studies and calculations, and measuring the potential of the current snapshot in which we have reached our lowest levels.
Rather, it is our dream…
Let me read to you a dialogue with young people that may express what is on my mind and on their minds:
Dialogue with young people
I told them: Egypt is great and carries the genes of an accumulated civilization, and its people, with all their patience and obedience, are capable of changing course at critical moments in history.
They told me: We don’t see that
I said: Egypt has a human wealth that is large in number and value, young in age, and young. This is a tremendous wealth capable of learning, training, acquiring knowledge, and creating opportunities. ‏
This human wealth is a curse if we leave it to random growth without sustainable development, and it is a limitless gift and opportunity if we prepare it well now, which is what we can do and implement.
They told me: You have been saying the same things for years and do not implement what you say
‏
I said: I believe that building a self-confident Egyptian character, proud of its past and present, and possessing hope for its future is in our hands.
One decade changes a lot…
This is Egypt’s latent strength, and Egypt’s hope to face all challenges and use the opportunities and wealth that God has given us.
‏
We have the largest historical reserve of world civilization. All we have to do is showcase it and benefit from it tourism and culturally to generate unprecedented economic wealth. But we know that it will not come about without services for visitors to Egypt, efficient management of roads, airports, ports, and means of transportation and training of human resources.
Egypt has 145 archaeological sites registered with UNESCO, three times the most archaeological countries in the world
To the north we have the most beautiful beaches of the White Sea and to the east the unparalleled beaches of the Red Sea
3,200 kilometers of warm beaches on two seas, and a giant lake in the south, and it is possible that it will be the first in the world in terms of tourism and deservedly, not that it should sit in 34-36th place with a number of tourists that does not exceed 15 million tourists only. ‏
We own the most important waterway on Earth, the “Suez Canal,” which connects the north to the south and the east to the west. It was dug by our ancestors with their blood, and it is the waterway that supports Egypt’s ingenious geographical location and could be the main development corridor in the country. ‏

Egypt possesses a wealth of gas under its land and in the depths of its seas, which may be an input to our future economy to extents that have not been reached before.
‏
Egypt has mineral resources in its lands, which are being discovered now and whose existence we did not know before.
Egypt has the largest commercial market in the Middle East, a force that attracts investment and opens horizons, but with rare incompetence we do not attract this investment or develop it..

Egypt has bright sunshine most of the year and well-known wind sources, and it can produce enough clean energy for itself and even Europe as well.
‏
Egypt has a soft power of art, culture and knowledge. We must reopen the horizons for its launch and creativity again
Egypt’s soft power was the reason for its positive impact on those around it, and it still has the same potential if we lift the restrictions on it and remove the obstacles and censorship that stifle freedom of creativity. ‏
‏
Egypt has a cultural reserve in the genes of its people, and latent capabilities in its youth and elders that do not need to be unleashed except to clean the rust off of it through education, culture, and the arts.
‏
My words are not slogans, but they are scientific words that have a reference and methodology and are possible. ‏
Egypt is strong and will become stronger, and we must join together to achieve this
The sustainability of the implementation of future plans must be announced, have criteria by which achievement can be measured, and be established through participation between
wisdom of experience,
And the energy of youth
Conscious leadership
That creativity and innovation
It only happens within a framework of freedom
He gets lost in the chaos
He is destroyed by the terror and stagnation of thought
Because the visions of the future for any nation are intertwined, it is not possible to look at the Egypt of the future in part, but rather our vision for reform must encompass all its aspects at the same time.

Our first job is to build capabilities, provide opportunities, and leave individuals the freedom to choose between multiple opportunities… with justice and equal rights. ‏
‏
The ability to choose is the topic of the hour
We can turn every opportunity in front of us into a problem and a crisis, and see in every crisis we face new opportunities, and this will depend on our dealing with reality efficiently.
‏
Just as ideas are renewed, means must be renewed, and the spirit of reform in the new phase requires new mechanisms
Einstein, the outstanding genius scientist in the history of science, said, “The difficult problems we face cannot be solved by applying the same intellectual approach that we used when we created such problems.”
‏
Egypt’s true wealth, throughout history, is in its citizens.
The Egyptians created civilization.
The people who started enlightenment in the modern era throughout the Middle East were the Egyptians.
Who rose from the disaster of 67 and liberated his land in 6 years
They were Egyptians
We will not allow the loss of our most important treasures.
They are our children and youth
Whether by extremist thought
Or reactionary behavior
Or the absence of values
Or an unacceptable decline in their level of education
I do not hide from you that I often see a defeatist spirit and a reluctance to present ideas
And clouds of hope for the future
Sometimes I see the limitations of dreams, because everyone is immersed in the challenges of the moment, and the problems of obtaining the base of the pyramid of needs for food, drink, housing, and security.
I believe that this is unhealthy and that our responsibility is to present ideas and provide alternatives tirelessly
Knowing that societies change with constant pressure to bring about change, and with the presence of dreams and hope
